Both the Eagles' Trail (known as the Adlerweg and the newest signposted footpath) and the Way of St James(Jakobsweg) pass through the region.

Mountainbiking & Cycling

The Hall-Wattens region hosts seven official bike routes, two "Bike trail Tirol" tracks and the Inn Valley Cycleway, but the are also mountain bike routes of all difficulty levels. They pass through unspoilt countryside, introducing bikers to pretty villages, pubs and mountain huts serving enticing local specialities.

Climbers of the very highest ability will confirm that the Hall-Wattens region is a veritable haven for mountaineers. 

The rocks are good, most of the tours are secured, and in those sections without anchor holes it's easy to get roped in. The classic routes are in the difficulty category 6, but there a few easier ones in the 4 or 5 region.

Discover the most beautiful villages of the Tyrol

Drive by car or steam train to the Achensee - our biggest natural mountain lake with its lovely villages of Pertisau, Maurach and Achenkirch.

A wonderful day trip to Seefeld. The village is pittoresque - its winter flair is unique and in summer hikes around the little lake or up the mountain attrack many guests.
